WHAT ABOUT PAYPAL?
We are working on a way to add paypal as a payment option. If you are only able to sign up with paypal, please email meow@tinykittens.com so we can notify you when we are able to accept paypal.
PLEASE NOTE:
The amount being charged is in US dollars since most of our VIPs are in the US. As exchange rates vary, members in other countries may see different amounts on their credit card statements. This is because the currency being charged is US, and your credit card company will do the conversion to your currency based on that day's exchange rate.
THE VIP MEMBERSHIP IS A SUBSCRIPTION
and will renew automatically. This means you will see a charge once a month if you signed up for a monthly subscription, or once a year if you signed up for a yearly subscription. If you would like to stop being charged, you may do so at any time by clicking the ACCOUNT link at the top of the page, scrolling to the bottom of that page, then clicking the "Delete My Account" button. You will automatically receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription. It can take a few days for any refund to show up on your statement.
IF YOU CAN'T GET THE LIVESTREAM TO PLAY WITHOUT DELAYS / "COD"
This is usually an issue with the speed or reliability of your internet connection. We recommend trying a different wifi network, using a hard-wired internet connection, or if you're using phone service, try in a different area. If you are able to watch with fewer issues using a different network, you might need to upgrade your internet connection.
IF YOU ARE LOGGED IN AND NOT SEEING AN ERROR, BUT CAN'T VIEW THE LIVESTREAM:
Chances are, there is an issue between Livestream and your device. The fastest way to get help is to contact Livestream support and ask them to help you troubleshoot.
